artC is a full service digital art reproduction studio.  We began as the art studio of James Harter in 2001, providing the highest quality giclees for artist and photographers.  Ours is not a high volume mass market digital reproduction service, but a digital lab that caters to the most discriminating clientele such as designers, hotels and artists.



Every job we do recieves personalized detaied attention to casule the highest quality standards. We do art reproduction on canvas as well as an array of archival papers. But we don’t stop there, and more, we are a full service house.  Providing everything from high resolution scanning, archival printing, canvas stretching to archival museum framing.



But perhaps are greatest assest is our art collection and colaboration with a group of artists to virtually customize your art needs.  We have a gallery of images to choose from.  And the ability to create prints in wide ranging techniques such as gelatin transfers, encaustic prints and customized proffessional photography.

James’ background in art started as soon as he graduated UCLA in 1988. He began as a serigraph printmaker in the
early 90's.  He Has continued working in various printmaking forms and art media as well as running the studio. You
will find examples of his art in the collections.



Duncan Stewart, Art Director

Duncan’s backgraound started with photographing the Angels and Duck’s at an early age. He eventually went into
Advertising, graduating from Art Center College of Design in 2001,  where he photographed for such companies as Nike and Starbucks. Also he was up for a Fabrica.it grant in 2001, Treviso, Italy, Benetton Corp.
